To dedust Concrete dust and Cement fine dust during Floor grinding with Concrete Grinder and Concrete Scarifier.

To vacuum clean Concrete and Cement fine dust after Cutting and drilling with Hand Grinders, Hand Saw, Wire Saw and Wall Saw

  1. Problem 1 - During the use of Concrete Grinder and Concrete Scarifier, there is a lot of concrete and cement fine dust produced.
  2. Customer current Concrete Grinder and Concrete Scarifier is connected to a household vacuum purchased from Homepro but it does not collect any dust in the dustbin.
  3. The dust is flying around in the air, causing cleaning problem for the workers and also health hazard for both the workers and others on site.
  4. This problem is especially concerning if it is used indoors.
  5. Problem 2 - During Cutting and drilling with Hand Grinders, Hand Saw, Wire Saw and Wall Saw, the Concrete and cement fine dust is flying around in the air, causing cleaning problem for the workers and also health hazard for both the workers and others on site.
  6. Cleaning can sometimes take up to 1-3 days and involves 4-8 workers.
  7. Valuable working hours for other projects are wasted due to the post works cleaning.
  8. End customers are mostly not happy with the dust especially if all furniture is already in worksite.

  2. For transport and filter inspection the drives can be detached by quick clamps.
  3. The quick clamps also help for an easier change of filters on vacuum cleaner
