Extract laser fumes in assembly line.
In the seat welding laser fumes loaded with hazardous dust particles are generated. The dust must be extracted before settling on to the product.
Operators must be protected from exposure to these fumes and cancer causing ultra fine dust.
Laser fine dust requires a special filter and filter cleaning technology.
A de-centralized vacuum system with extra large pocket filter units (ATEX Zone 22 dust explosion protected design) for suction of laser fume in continuous operation has been implemented.
SKV side channel blower with a main filter and standby filter unit for easy change 100 % availability connected to piping and control system.
