Hammersmith Co., Ltd receives 2 Ruwac Machines - DA 1300 & WS 1220 for dedusting from Surface Preparation works

Due to RUWAC consultancy and customized vacuums we reduce the time and manpower required to clean up a project after any Surface Preparation works such as Floor Grinding and Cutting works are done. This has resulted in over 90% cost savings for us in valuable time and precious manpower compared to without Ruwac Vacuums. My customers are also happy to see their place clean during works are being carried out

PTT Global Chemical receives Ruwac DS 2720 Silo Central Vacuum System for Vacuum Cleaning in Pelletizer Building

With the professional consultation from RUWAC Asia, the project has helped to improve productivity and reduce manpower by 50% and save up to 75% of the time on post-production Vacuum Cleaning to ensure a safe and clean working environment for our engineers.

Week 30-2020

Griffith Foods Limited receives 2 ATEX Zone 22 RUWAC Dust collector system DS65600 for dust extraction during dosing process.

Customer have dosing process for warehouse area for Seasoning powder and Spice mixture which generate airborne dust previously without an extraction system for the dosing process, the operator will experience dust cloud during the dosing process.

This result in a dangerous and polluted environment in the dosing room. The contamination is critical as the powder is sticky and cause a high explosion risk environment.

Week 37-2019

Johnson & Johnson Thailand receives 2 ATEX Zone 1+2 RUWAC DS 1400 vacex industrial vaccums for vacuum cleaning and dust extraction during small component charging.

Week 36-2019

Mr.Lertlak RUWAC Asia service technician hands over a DS 1400 industrial vacuum to Mr Somdech of Johnson & Johnson Thailand to for warehouse and production area spill control.

week 35-2019

Sentosa Development Singapore receives heavy-duty WS 2220 on 29/08/2019.

Mr.Selamat and Mr.Solihin received the machines with instruction training for the WS 1220 with 1.2 m2 pocket filter class M for Atex Zone 22 and suction media wood shavings and dust. The machine can also be used as a deduster for wood saws and cutting machines.

week 52-2018

Markenburg International Foods Corporation Philippines received a DS65600 Extractor System ATEX Zone 22 on 28/09/2018.

The DS65600 Extractor System is combined with  a DN800 High Speed Cyclone System with level sensor. The purpose of this vacuum unit is to extract airborne corn starch powder in the marshmallow production line during charging and sifting process.

Mr. Alfred de Guzman (Top, Middle), Plant Manager says that our Ruwac vacuum system has reduced the overwhelming corn starch dust cloud during production process & helped his operators from being exposed to airborne corn starch powders.

week 41-2018

Holcim Philippines Inc. received a S24D Vacuum Truck on 11/10/2018.

The S24D vacuum unit is equipped with a 100kW Deutz Diesel engine connected to a round 10m3 carbon steel container which is mounted onto a 6 wheeler truck. 

The purpose of this vacuum truck is to vacuum massive amounts of cement powders in various production areas in a short amount of time and reduce overall manpower for cleaning.

Mr. Gerardo “Gerry” Dela Cruz Jr. (4^th from the left), Project Supervisor says that our Ruwac S24D vacuum truck has decreased their cleaning time immensely and they have cut their manpower to half!

week 35-2018

Markenburg International Foods Corporation Philippines received a DS1400 Vacuum System ATEX Zone 22 on 28/09/2018.

The DS1400 mobile vacuum unit is combined with  a 110L Pre-Separator System with bag suction. The purpose of this vacuum unit is to generally clean corn starch powder in the marshmallow production line and replacing the wet cleaning process.

Mr. Alfred de Guzman (Middle), Plant Manager says that our Ruwac vacuum system has decreased their cleaning time of the production area, increased cleaning efficiency & helped his operators from being exposed to corn starch powders.
