To Vacuum clean working area around Pelletizer building which is 4 levels 20m high at different working areas to ensure safe collection of dangerous material and protect the workers and enforce good housekeeping.

  1. Production loss time due to manual or use of ineffective vacuum system which breaks down regularly after working at pelletizer building
  2. Cleaning area is big and difficult as it is 4 levels 20m high
  3. Additional manpower are spend to manually sweep the dust on the floor
  4. Dangerous materials are being sweep clean which pose as an explosion hazard.
  5. Cleaning currently can take as long as 1-2 hours after each shift.
  6. Cleaning needs at least 4 workers to clean the floor on each levels.
  7. Material vacuumed have to be safely collected in a Big bag for easy disposal
  8. Material have to be safely stored as material has explosive risk
  9. Old Vacuum machines which customers have currently needs to frequently replace filters which is costly and leads to loss production time.
