Production Management Assistant

This is a great opportunity for new graduates with 2 to 3 years’ work experience.
You will gain fundamental experience through learning by doing and intense training in all Production related fields.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• track and ensure production is on schedule
• plan workflow and schedules for production
• monitor production status and ensure delivery on time
• maintain documents for ISO 9001-2015
• maintain safety documents
• support purchasing department
• support facility management
• monitor inventory

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality, Female / age not over 35 years old
• ability to communicate in English (Speaking and Writing)
• bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial / Electrical / Mechanical engineering
• 2 -3 years of work experience in production environment is preferred
• experience in ISO 9001 and safety improvement is a big advantage
• results oriented, timeline driven with a hands-on attitude
• strong communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• planning and problem-solving
