Due to our rapid expansion in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and China. We are seeking for energetic and qualified individuals to be a part of our continued growth in the following positions:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting Sales Representative i.e. preparing quotation and coordinate between sales team and customer
• Calling to the customer for following the sales and service status
• Controlling after sale service for spare parts inquiries, after sales service report, and maintenance schedule
• Report to Sales Manager
• Support CRM to drive sales target
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Malay (Chinese speaking would be an advantage)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Min. 2 years experience in telephone marketing / call center and secretarial work
• Good knowledge in all Microsoft office programs
• To seeking long term position and career path
• Willing to work hard and higher responsibility
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Well organized and able to prioritize work and tasks under pressure
